Problem
Salesforce was rapidly integrating AI into its products. However, the engineers and developers tasked with building the AI agents lacked the core skills needed for the development process.
Process
As the instructional designer, I partnered with senior engineers to create a hands-on workshop.
Analyzed Needs: I conducted a needs-and-impact analysis to define clear learning objectives.
Designed the Workshop: I structured the course using Google's Codelab model, focusing on practical problem solving, collaboration, and live feedback.
Created Resources: I wrote a step-by-step instruction manual in Markdown. The workshop was developed in Github to allow for iteration before being moved to the company's LMS.

Solution
