Problem
The team created a monthly live virtual class to drive adoption of the Data Cloud software, but it wasn't working. People couldn't attend, technical glitches caused delays, and everyone was asking for an on-demand option.
Process
I created a series of eight short, action-focused videos that served as a just-in-time learning resource.
Researched the User: I attended the live class to understand the common questions and pain points.
Designed for Action: Using Karl Kapp’s Action First approach, each video focused on a specific task a learner needed to accomplish in the software.
Wrote Engaging Scripts: I worked with subject matter experts to write clear, effective scripts, using Robert Gagné’s 9 Events of Instruction and storytelling principles to keep learners engaged.
